TRAC E-Learning Module
This interactive e-Learning module was developed by me for a large health system to teach the TRAC (QUIC) system to employees at each of their ambulatory practices. The training shows how employees would need to process document and information requests that were submitted by the health system’s central business office.
This training was converted from an instructor led webinar into a self paced e-Learning module and became the primary training that would be used for all employees for years to come.

Scheduling Overview E-Learning Module
This e-Learning module was developed by me for a proprietary software company to teach clients about the scheduling functionality of their system.
This was offered as a secondary option for clients to take in lieu of attending a virtual instructor led session.
